Oliver E. Wriedt
Mr. Wriedt is the co-founder and a managing partner of DoubleSpring Capital, along with his partner, Mark Moline. DoubleSpring is focused on originating, underwriting and syndicating select alternative investment opportunities to a small group of Ultra High Net Worth individuals and Family Offices.
Through his family office, HighKey Capital, Mr. Wriedt has made over 40 direct investments into Angel, Seed and Series A rounds of companies predominantly in Tech, Fintech, HealthTech, Education and Mobility.
After having spent 16 years in institutional asset management, Mr. Wriedt continues to remain active in the debt and equity capital markets, serving as President & Head of Capital Markets at 10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corporation II, a NASDAQ listed SPAC.
Mostly recently, Mr. Wriedt served as CEO of Vibrant Capital Partners (2019-2020) and Co-CEO at CIFC Asset Management (2012-2018).
Mr. Wriedt served as a Managing Director in Providence Equity Partners’ Capital Markets Group and as a partner at Sciens Capital Management and GoldenTree Asset Management. He started his career in banking at Deutsche Bank, where he rose to MD, and NORD/LB in Singapore, London and New York.
Mr. Wriedt is a director of the board of The River Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to eradicating hunger, homelessness and poverty in New York City.
Mr. Wriedt received a B.A. in History and Economics from Duke University in 1993. In his off time he enjoys golf, skiing and time with his family.

Mark B. Moline
Mr. Moline is co-founder and a managing partner at Doublespring Capital, an early-stage syndicate of UHNW investors and family offices, with his partner, Oliver Wriedt.
He began his career working with private companies transitioning to public, helping dozens of clients navigate the process. Ten years ago he created the global macro blog, CapitalistExploits while living in New Zealand, and formed an investment syndicate called Seraph. The syndicate consisted of investors and family offices from over a dozen countries, committing over $70M in capital to 50+ deals. Seraph held meet ups across the globe, in 16 countries over 5 years… from SE Asia to Eastern Europe.
Mr. Moline is a Limited Partner in several funds targeting early-stage biotech, crypto and gaming. His portfolio consists of SaaS, blockchain, gaming, biotech and deep tech early-stage companies, as well as token sales and NFTs. He actively advises companies on investor relations, capital raising and strategic planning.
For the last decade he has focused intensely on crypto and blockchain, first purchasing Bitcoin in 2014 and Ethereum in the Genesis event. Seraph was also an early investor in Coinbase. He has led many early round investments (seed – A) and participated as late as C rounds.
Mr. Moline lives in Northern Idaho, where he enjoys hiking and mountain biking, skiing and just taking in the beauty of nature. An animal rights advocate, he is active in helping to rescue and re-home stray and abandoned animals in his local community. He is also involved in longevity and bio-hacking and is a partner in a longevity and anti-aging clinic and laboratory.
